Convert Fractions to Decimals

To convert a fraction into decimal, first convert the fraction into its simplest form; then convert that fraction into a decimal fraction

A decimal fraction is a fraction whose denominator is a power of 10 (e.g. 10, 100, 1000, etc.)

To divide using partial quotients, write 0 in quotient and place a decimal after it

Decide how many digits you want to the right of the decimal point and place same number of zeroes after the dividend
